By using Hello Champion's services or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the supply of gas and electricity to your business premises.
Your energy supply contract will be confirmed in a separate supply agreement document. Key terms including unit rates, standing charges, and contract duration will be clearly stated.
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. We accept direct debit, bank transfer, and card payments. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.
We will notify you at least 49 days before your contract end date with renewal options. If no new contract is agreed, supply will continue on our out-of-contract rates.
Early termination of a fixed-term contract may incur reasonable exit fees as specified in your supply agreement. We require 30 days' written notice for contract termination at end of term.
If you have a complaint, please see our Complaints Procedure. Unresolved complaints may be referred to the Energy Ombudsman.
Hello Champion Ltd is licensed by Ofgem to supply gas and electricity in Great Britain. We comply with all relevant energy legislation and Ofgem's Standards of Conduct.
Our liability to you is limited to direct losses arising from our breach of contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
